Payment:
Exhibit space will be reserved upon receipt of application/ conditions form and payment. Payment for reserved space must be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) in U.S. dollars. Payment must accompany the application/ conditions form and must be received by April 1, 2023. Exhibit space for which payment has not been received in full by that date may be cancelled at the discretion of exhibit management.
Cancellation:
Upon cancellation by exhibitor prior to July 3, 2023, Paralyzed Veterans of America reserves the right to determine the amount of exhibit fees, if any, to be refunded. Cancellation notice received on or after July 4, 2023, will result in forfeit of all exhibit fees.

Hotel Information:

All individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. The deadline to make a reservation has been extended to June 19 ,2023. The hotel requires a valid credit card to secure a guestroom reservation.

Room Rate:

The Games room rate is $195 per night plus tax.

 

Incidentals Policy:

A hold will be placed on the credit card provided at check-in for incidentals (e.g. portage fee, parking, room service, etc.).

 

Parking:

Self-parking $35/Overnight

Valet $45/Overnight

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

The hotel will allow attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. The hotel shall charge the individual attendee (1) nights guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax after such date or for failure of the individuals to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.

Accessible Rooms:

Accessible rooms are not assigned through the hotel. Email your name, hotel, confirmation number and level of injury to Marisa Ramos, PVA (marisar@pva.org) to request an accessible room after you have booked your hotel room. Rooms will be assigned based on need.
