Exhibitors’ Schedule:

10’ x 10’ – $1,950

20’ x 10’ – $2,950

10’ x 10’ (Nonprofit Rate) – $1,000

Registration:

Registration must be returned no later than May 8, 2026 to Rachel Nelms (RachelN@pva.org, 202.416.7673).

Payment:

Exhibit space will be reserved upon receipt of application/conditions form and payment. Payment for reserved space must be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) in U.S. dollars. Payment must accompany the application/conditions form and must be received by May 8, 2026. Exhibit space for which payment has not been received in full by that date may be cancelled at the discretion of exhibit management.

Cancellation:

Upon cancellation by exhibitor prior to July 8, 2026, Paralyzed Veterans of America reserves the right to determine the amount of exhibit fees, if any, to be refunded. Cancellation notice received on or after July 9, 2026, will result in forfeit of all exhibit fees.

Hotel Information:

All individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. The hotel booking window will open April 20, 2026. The deadline to make a reservation is May 20, 2026. The hotel requires a valid credit card to secure a guestroom reservation.

Exhibitor Hotel:

Booking Links will be available April 20, 2026 – May 20, 2026.
The Games room rate is $189-229 per night plus tax.

Accessible Rooms:

Accessible rooms are not assigned through the hotel. Email your name, hotel, confirmation number and level of injury to Kaitlyn Walker, PVA (KaitlynW@pva.org) to request an accessible room after you have booked your hotel room. Rooms will be assigned based on need.
