At the National Veterans Wheelchair Games, your company can put its products and services in front of hundreds of veteran athletes with disabilities, their coaches, and their families. We welcome exhibitors from assistive device manufacturers, adaptive vehicle companies, wheelchair companies, pharmaceutical companies, medical suppliers, and more.

Exhibitors’ Schedule:

Exhibitor Move-In: July 24, 2024 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Show Hours: July 25, 2024 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exhibitor Move-Out: July 25, 2024 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Booth Options:

10’ x 10’ – $1950

20’ x 10’ – $2950

10’ x 10’ (Nonprofit Rate) – $1000

Registration:

Registration must be returned no later than May 1, 2024 to Brad Coleman (BradC@pva.org  • 202.416.6460).

Payment:

Exhibit space will be reserved upon receipt of application/conditions form and payment. Payment for reserved space must be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) in U.S. dollars. Payment must accompany the application/conditions form and must be received by May 1, 2024. Exhibit space for which payment has not been received in full by that date may be cancelled at the discretion of exhibit management.

Cancellation:

Upon cancellation by exhibitor prior to July 23, 2024, Paralyzed Veterans of America reserves the right to determine the amount of exhibit fees, if any, to be refunded. Cancellation notice received on or after July 24, 2024, will result in forfeit of all exhibit fees.

Hotel Information:

All individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. The hotel booking window opens on May 1, 2024. The deadline to make a reservation is June 7, 2024 or based on availability. Hotel information will be posted on this page in April 2024.

Accessible Rooms:

Accessible rooms are not assigned through the hotel. Email your name, hotel, confirmation number and level of injury to Jennifer Blyther, PVA (JenniferM@pva.org) to request an accessible room after you have booked your hotel room. Rooms will be assigned based on need.
